My wife and I have been buying cars from Sam for over 20 years. He makes it a seamless process: he'll point out cars that are a good value and cars to avoid, find the car you want, find the best financing, and take care of all of the details. He fully includes my wife in the process; our first time in his office, she noticed that his walls are full of thank-you notes from women customers. Buying a car from Sam feels like concierge service.
